In this guided journal I attempt to share some of the stories and reflections from parents and caregivers of those suffering from an eating disorder. My hope is that the questions posed will guide the reader on a journey to self-insight, self-care and healing. Especially when shared with another person on a similar path, the words can become the road that leads to a deeper peace within.
