We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
Returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or are missing original components may be refused or subject to a partial refund, at our discretion.
Final sale items and certain categories (including beauty, personal care, intimates, and custom or made-to-order items) are not eligible for return unless defective.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return is received and approved.
Valet Shops reserves the right to decline or limit returns in cases of excessive or suspected misuse, in line with our commitment to protecting our partner brands.
