Sweet 'N' Saucy Mix-Up Mustard

• 1 Cup Dry MUSTARD MIX
• 1 Cup Malt Ale Vinegar
• 1 Cup Sugar
• 3 Eggs, beaten

Mix and stir well while bringing to a boil. Store in the refrigerator.Three tablespoons of the prepared mustard mixed with cup of mayonnaise and 1 tsp. curry powder is fabulous on broccoli, asparagus or cauliflower.  

NOTE: Place contents of package into a clean jar. Shake well. It is important to mix up the spices before making each recipe. Store remaining dry mix in a cool, dry place.
