WHAT IS COCONUT SUGAR AND HOW IT'S MADE
Coconut Sugar is an organic natural sweetener made from the nectar produced by flowers that grow in coconut trees (also known as coconut nectar, or coconut blossom nectar). It is obtained in a fairly simple, two-step process:
1. Farmers cut into the flower or bud of the coconut palm and collect the liquid nectar.
2. They heat the coconut blossom nectar to evaporate the water and obtain the granules (or crystals)
