Delectable Herb Cheese Ball
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened (regular or light)
- 8 oz Feta Cheese, softened
- 3 Tbs ITS ABOUT THYME!
Combine all ingredients with a food processor or electric mixer. Wrap and refrigerate for at least three hours. (The flavor gets better over time). Form into one or two logs or balls and roll into chopped walnuts or pecans, and/or chopped fresh parsley, or freshly cracked peppercorns. Serve with crackers or melba rounds.
This herb cheese is also delicious without a topping. After mixing, just place in an appropriate serving container and refrigerate until serving time.
- 8 oz Cream Cheese (regular or light), softened
- Stick of Butter softened
- 2 Tbs ITS ABOUT THYME!
- 1 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
Prepare Cheese Spread using the same directions as above. Herb Butter Bring one stick of butter to room temperature and blend 1 Tsp. (or more) of ITS ABOUT THYME! to the softened butter. Refrigerate until firm. Use to saut fish, chicken, or to make garlic herb bread.
NOTE: Place contents of package into a clean jar. Shake well. It is important to mix up the spices before making each recipe. Store remaining dry mix in a cool, dry place.
