Order was LATE AND WRONG

My expected delivery date was Dec. 26. Then the 27th. Finally arrived today (28th). I ordered a 20" chain for my son. It 16"! My son is headed home and I won't get to give it to him directly. I will never use this company again. Now, I have to deal with the hassle of returning it. 🙄
